Matured cheese with Pepper

For us, the cheese craft is an art, and the matured cheese with spices gives us the chance to paint it with colours and flavours which will be a surprise every time you savour them.

Matured for at least three months, our spicy cheeses are based on Trapist. Then, we add basil, caraway, shepherd’s thyme, red pepper, pepper, chilli, truffles or nut so that each gourmand from home can enjoy his favourite flavour.
